Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and responsible M&E Technician tosupport the maintenance and daily operations of building facilities. Thesuccessful candidate will be involved in a wide range of mechanical andelectrical (M&E) systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, andcompliance with operational standards. Key Responsibilities . Maintenance & TechnicalDuties . Perform preventive andcorrective maintenance for building systems, including: . Electrical (LT systems anddistribution) . Air-conditioning systems(Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation) . Fire protection andfirefighting systems . Plumbing, drainage, andsewerage systems . Water storage, distribution,and treatment systems . Generator basic checks andbattery systems . Security, surveillance, andcarpark systems . Carry out minor buildingrepairs, including painting, redecoration, and external works . Maintain gutters and rainwatersystems
