Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist M&E Coordinator to supervise site work
- Monitor and control the progress of the M&E works based on the schedule.
- Resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
- Check on quality of material and workmanship
- Arrange with consultant for site inspection
- Prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
- Check material delivered to site
- Manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
- Liaise with authorities for the commission of work
Requirements - Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or with equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (preferred in Building projects).
- Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
- Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage.
