Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist the Tender and Bidding Team with measurements, Bills of Quantities, contract reviews, and tender submissions.
- Manage contracts for projects, including procurement and cost analysis.
- Source and compare three quotes for materials and monitor orders.
- Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, and ensure timely invoicing.
- Address Extensions of Time and related claims.
- Perform additional quantity surveying tasks as needed.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of quantity take-off and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Excel).
