• General Quantity Surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking‑off quantities, cost control, etc.
• All M&E works.
• Evaluation & certification of contractors claim.
• Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis reports.

• Minimum Diploma in QS or Building or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
