Position Overview
Responsibilities - Review and interpret ACMV or Electrical tender documents and drawings.
- Prepare quantity take‑offs, bills of quantities (BQ), and cost estimates for M&E works.
- Support ACMV or Electrical design for Design & Build tenders.
- Prepare technical documentation and proposals for tender submissions.
- Manage contract administration for main contractors and subcontractors.
- Review Letters of Award from clients or main contractors.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and shortlist suppliers and subcontractors based on project requirements.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and process subcontractor and supplier payments.
- Monitor project budgets, propose value engineering solutions, and coordinate closely with site teams.
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
