Position Overview
Job Description
- Coordinate closely with architectural and structural teams to align design and cost aspects.
- Liaise with subcontractors to obtain quotations, clarify technical details, and ensure cost accuracy.
- Plan and control project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities during tender preparation.
- Negotiate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients regarding technical and commercial terms.
- Work collaboratively with the Estimation Department to prepare comprehensive tender submissions.
- Support the Tender Manager in preparing technical clarifications and tender documentation.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify M&E scope and potential risks.
- Participate in value engineering discussions to optimize design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
