Overview Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a M&E Manager.
Job Responsibilities - Ensure all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works are carried out on time and in full compliance with project specifications, standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to address M&E issues and ensure smooth and efficient project progress.
- Lead and coordinate the project site team including M&E engineers, structural engineers, and architectural coordinators to ensure quality workmanship that meets consultant and client expectations.
- Attend all project-related meetings (including CCM) and resolve M&E technical issues promptly.
- Oversee, review, and ensure timely submission and approval of M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements in accordance with the M&E master schedule.
