Duties & Responsibilities Ensure all M&E works are completed on schedule and comply with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety requirements
Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E matters to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
Lead and coordinate the site team, including M&E engineers, structural engineers, and architectural coordinators, to meet quality standards and project requirements
Attend CCM site meetings and address technical issues promptly
Ensure timely submission and approval of M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements in line with the master schedule
Supervise M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, materials, and methods
Review M&E variation orders and report progress or issues to headquarters
