Position Overview
Roles & Resbonsiblity: - Interpret technical designs and drawings
- Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline
- Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
- Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site
- Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project
- Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
- Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
- Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
- Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors
- Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s work at site
