Key Responsibilities

1. Item Master Management

Create, modify, and deactivate item masters as per approved requests. Maintain product hierarchy, categories, sub-categories, brands, and manufacturers. Ensure accuracy of item descriptions, barcodes, pack sizes, and tax details. Monitor and resolve item master-related issues raised by stores and departments.

2. Supplier Master Management

Create and update supplier master records. Maintain supplier details including payment terms, tax information, and contact details. Ensure supplier data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

3. Supplier Cost & Price Management

Update supplier costs based on approved purchase agreements. Maintain wholesale and promotional pricing structures. Update and validate selling prices across all stores. Execute promotional, clearance, and flash sale price updates. Analyze pricing discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
