CALIBRE is seeking a MCTP Workstation Controller (PTOC) to support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). Workstation Controllers play a critical role in supporting Warfighter Exercises (WFX) by helping create realistic training environments for Army units. In this role, you will train, coach, and supervise work and response cell personnel responsible for replicating subordinate, adjacent, and higher headquarters units during exercises. You will help ensure realistic simulation environments using platforms such as Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) and Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) while supporting the development and execution of operational plans aligned with current Army doctrine.
