Manufacturing Associate OFS in Sturbridge currently has an opening for a Manufacturing Associate in our Quality Control Department on the first shift. The position has a four day work schedule consisting of Monday thru Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Starting compensation is $ per hour with a very attractive contractual wage progression that increase the hourly wage to above $ per hour over a two year time period and step increases continue until employee reaches the maximum rate of pay agreed to in the contract.
