Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this role is essential for managing inventory levels and ensuring timely materials for production. You will utilize SAP MRP for planning, generate purchase orders, and maintain accuracy between systems. Your strong analytical skills and teamwork will significantly impact inventory performance and project launches across the bakery network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and replenish ingredients and packaging weekly
• Create and monitor purchase orders with suppliers
• Maintain optimal inventory levels centrally
• Review inventory reconciliations for accuracy
• Generate weekly reports and collaborate with quality teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Materials Management or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
