We are looking for a Master’s Thesis Worker to join our Engineering Innovation & Advanced Concepts team to work on thesis topics directly connected to customer delivery projects. The role is based in Finland, primarily in Vaasa, and can be worked partly remotely with periodic on‑site work in Vaasa.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Apply and validate Model‑Based Definition (MBD) in real engineering contexts.
• Work closely with experienced engineers while taking responsibility for execution, analysis, and conclusions.
• Co‑create a master’s thesis in cooperation with the university, shaping the scope and topic during the project.
• Study the use of MBD in modern mechanical design practices.
• Understand how design definition information flows from design to downstream stakeholders.
