**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Schedules patient appointments, including set-ups, refits and follow-ups.
+ Fits patient with the appropriate prosthesis and accessories. Ensures for proper fitting bra to support and protect the breast to improve circulation, lymphatic drainage, comfort, and physical appearance. Evaluates prosthesis to ensure for positive outcomes for the client within the scope of services provided.
+ Triage patient phone calls, including troubleshooting basic mastectomy fitting questions and needs specific to the prosthesis and accessories.
+ Works as a liaison between the department and the referral sources.
