The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing activities, including social media management, customer engagement, content creation, and promotional campaigns. This role requires an all-around individual who can handle both creative and administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, comments, and email

Create and schedule content such as posts, captions, and promotions

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

Monitor and support paid advertisements (e.g., Facebook Ads)

Coordinate with team members for promotions and announcements

Update product listings and promotional materials (if applicable)

Track basic performance metrics (engagement, inquiries, leads)
