Position Overview
Responsibilities - Identify, research, and build a pipeline of relevant Twitch streamers and YouTube creators
- Manage end-to-end creator relationships, from initial outreach to running a formal creator program
- Write clear creator briefs and coordinate streams, videos, and playtests
- Set up and manage creator-focused Discord channels and community engagement
- Own and manage Crater Studios' TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Reddit channels
- Create daily short-form videos using platform-specific trends and formats
- Transform gameplay, clips, and memes into engaging social content to grow organic reach
Requirements - Strong understanding of the Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and Reddit ecosystems
- Experience working with creators or influencers in gaming or adjacent spaces
