Job Description The trainee will support Lumera’s marketing, branding and e-commerce activities under the guidance of the Business Development Director.
Key responsibilities include: - Assist with product descriptions, social media captions, FAQs and customer education content.
- Support website, marketplace and social media content updates.
- Help prepare launch and post-launch marketing materials.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across online platforms.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Review customer feedback and online engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, service providers and internal stakeholders where required.
- Prepare simple marketing summaries and improvement suggestions.
