Job Summary

Lead marketing strategy and execution to drive brand growth, market share, and sales across cement and construction segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for cement and construction products
• Manage brand positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans
• Support sales through campaigns, trade marketing, and channel development
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors
• Oversee digital marketing, promotions, and communications
• Lead and develop the marketing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in cement, construction, or building materials
