Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and executing of 360 marketing campaigns: both online and offline.Monitor and review effectiveness of promotions and campaigns in relation to KPI.Manage social media channels (content inclusive), website, CRM program and e-commerce platforms.Plan and implement strategies to optimize new customer acquisition, conversion, frequency, and loyalty both online and offline.Keep up with current market trends.
