Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and commercially astute Marketing Executive to join our Middle East & Africa team. Overall responsibility: Organizing and executing marketing activities for A O Smith and associated brands in the Middle East & Africa in line with the overall Marketing strategy and plan. The position is full time, based at the Dubai office, with occasional travel within the Middle East region.

Key Tasks

• Create compelling multi-channel marketing content for specific target markets in line with our inbound strategy.
• Constantly review the customer journey to identify opportunities to increase or improve customer interaction and retention.
• Suggest and implement changes when appropriate.
• Analyse monthly campaign metrics to enable accurate KPI reporting.
• Work closely with external agency partners to grow our brands in the market.
