Overview

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with AEC industry experience to support proposal development and business pursuits. This role is focused on RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification submissions—not traditional digital marketing or graphic design. You will partner with technical teams to develop high-quality, deadline-driven proposals that clearly communicate project experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification packages from start to submission
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and leadership to gather and refine content
• Write, edit, and format proposal materials to meet client requirements
