About the Position

Grosvenor Property Canada is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for an 8‑month contract to support high‑profile residential and mixed‑use projects in Metro Vancouver. The role provides an opportunity to work across the full marketing lifecycle, from campaign execution and digital strategy to sales centre support and brand storytelling.

Purpose of the Role

Assisting the Project Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing, sales and development functions related to residential condominium, rental and commercial developments in Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Project Marketing Manager on sales/marketing/leasing strategy for each development and investment project.
