What you’ll do:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing & Communications Manager will:

Shape and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen our brand and build meaningful connections with our members and communities.

Provide strategic leadership for internal, external, executive, and customer communications.

Build and strengthen community partnerships and stakeholder relationships

Lead community investment, sponsorship, and donation initiatives and assess their effectiveness and impact.

Oversee digital platforms, social media, and customer engagement tools to strengthen brand presence and customer experience.
