Business Liaison

Facilitate communication between the digital operations team and business stakeholders, ensuring strong bi-directional collaboration and partnership. Identify unique business needs and support to ensure digital operations services remain relevant and valuable to the region's business.

Provide business and digital operation leaders with regular updates on all matters related to marketing automation including project status and performance updates.

Provide education and training to regional and local business stakeholders on matters related to digital operations marketing automation services, processes, technology and platforms.
