Position Overview
1. Event Management
- Assist the Manager and Sales team to plan, coordinate, and execute events such as:
- Product launches
- In-store promotions
- Marketing activations
- Demo days
- Pop‑up selling booth
- Handle event logistics, venue coordination, supplier management, and on‑site supervision
- Ensure events align with branding, target audience, and overall marketing goals
- Monitor event budgets and deliver post‑event evaluations and reports
2. Store Look Management
- Ensure that all stores reflect the brand’s image through consistent and updated visual merchandising
- Manage and implement store display updates, including:
- Store window displays
- POP (Point‑of‑Purchase) materials
- Highlight display areas
- Signages (indoor/outdoor)
- Conduct store visits to ensure quality and accuracy of installations
