Position Overview

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Event Management or any related course
  • Experienced in writing up media skits, newsletters, portfolios, etc.
  • Experience in event organization or management or related work experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal is a must.
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Attention to details and good problem solving skills.

Job Description:

  • Provide support to marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and organize promotional, business, and social events.
  • Responsible for ensuring the target audience is engaged and the message of the event is marketed properly.
  • Produce detailed proposals for events(including timelines, venues, staffing, and budgets)
  • Responsible for the write ups of company portfolio; will be the Assistant Editor for the newsletter.
