Position Overview
Overview We are seeking a full-time Marine/RV Field Service Engineer 2 In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training on specifications, capabilities, and operation of Garmin marine/RV products to external customers, Garmin associates, boat OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), RV (Recreational Vehicle) OEMs, OEM dealers and installation dealers. Essential Functions Resolve internal, external, and commercial marine/RV Product Support inquiries Become highly knowledgeable in specifications, capabilities, and operation of Marine/RV segment products Manage product issue cases encompassing all of the marine/RV segment Analyze, monitor, document, communicate and report marine/RV product quality trends Partner with Quality and Engineering departments to convey impact of field and customer reported issues while documenting and communicating resolution to the Product Support organization Use strong written and verbal communication skills to summarize and ...
