Marine Operative / Deckhand
Location: Easter Ross
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract – 5 months (with potential for further employment)
Shift Pattern: Rotating days, nights and on-call duties
 
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Marine Operative / Deckhand to join a busy port operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with marine experience who enjoy a varied, hands-on role supporting marine and port activities.
 
Key Responsibilities

Operate and assist in the maintenance of marine craft
Support vessel mooring and unmooring operations
Assist with general marine duties including debris recovery, oil spill response and launch maintenance
Carry out general maintenance of port facilities, equipment and grounds, including painting, litter picking and other upkeep tasks
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
Support the delivery of safe and efficient port services
