Marine Labourer – Painting Crew (Contract)




On behalf of our client, we are currently hiring reliable and motivated individuals to join a marine painting crew working on tugboats. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a unique outdoor and marine environment - no prior experience needed, training provided.

What’s in it for you?

Competitive Pay: $20/hour (day shifts) $22/hour (evenings & weekends)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends) 8-hour shifts + lunch break Start times between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Flexible Work Opportunities: Weather-dependent work schedule Rain or heavy fog during the week may shift hours to weekends

Contract Duration: Approx. 6-month contract (ending October 2026)
