We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Marine Electrical Service Engineer to deliver expert technical support and maintenance for electrical systems onboard vessels. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration, while providing essential support to ship crews and ensuring clear documentation and coordination of service activities. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components on board ships.
Perform testing and calibration of gas detection equipment in the workshop.
Oversee and coordinate work performed by external contractors as required.
Support vessel crews and Superintendents in accurately identifying and ordering spare parts.
Prepare and submit detailed service reports upon completion of work.
Requirements: Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
