My client operates out of multiple marinas in the UK and abroad, providing premium berthing and boatyard services. They require a dedicated and passionate person to join their team who is focused on delivering superb customer service.

The main responsibilities of the Assistant Manager are:

To ensure the smooth day to day running of all operations in the marina; coordinating, allocating and monitoring the work and activities of the marina team.

In conjunction with the site teams, ensure that daily, weekly and monthly checks are carried out as per the deadlines set, ensuring the site remains safe secure, clean and tidy and well landscaped at all times.
