• Working in a very hands on, fast-paced manufacturing environment, leading over 75+ employees.
• Ensuring managers and teams have the necessary tooling and resources to maintain a high-quality of work.
• Meeting and exceeding manufacturing deadlines and KPI's, while maintaining strict Food Quality Standards for operations running 24 hours, 7 days a week.
• Working alongside 2x Assistant Team Managers, one focusing on HR and people, the other's focus on inventory.
• Managing site Profit & Loss, optimising profitability without sacrificing quality of output.
