Job Summary The role of the Manufacturing Supervisor is to manage 3rd shift production, working from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals. This is accomplished by providing strong leadership to the team and effectively managing systems, equipment, people, and materials in accordance with established policies, procedures, specifications, and customer requirements. Responsibilities Acts as safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. Works with the EHS Manager to establish and maintain safety and quality policies and programs. Monitors colleague practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety and quality policies. Investigates and recommends improvements related to near miss, property damage, or employee injury incidents.
