Job Description
Manage and coordinate the department’s resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, and budget) based on Quality, Cost, and Safety objectives, in order to ensure compliance with the production target.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical EngineeringExperience in the automotive industry required (experience in tire manufacturing is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeEnglish- B1 Knowledge of production processesPersonnel management (Mandatory)Problem analysis and resolutionLean ManufacturingQuality Management Systems.ESH Systems (Environment, Safety, and Health)Experience with ERP systems.Sequencing KnowledgeAdditional Information
