Main purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Manufacturing standards and customer specifications in Production are defined and adhered too.

Job Objectives:

Elimination of waste Drive ME Improvement objectives by analysis of lost time using the relevant problem-solving techniques. Monitor & reduce scrap (By means of but not limited to the TQM process) Ensure all agreed improvements are timeously planned and implemented. Standardize all Processes Drive improvement targets through the ME and TQM processes. (With the intention to reduce downtime and cost of poor quality). Ensure Improvement Targets to Budgets are met.
