Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and train a team of Wafer Fab Operators and Technician to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations to achieve daily production output target, On Schedule Delivery and Key Performance Indices.
- Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.
- Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
- Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.
- Regularly engage specialists to gather feedback on performance, understand challenges faced, and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.
- Address and resolve line‑related, preventive maintenance issues, understand equipment capacity and constraint challenges, identify and implement temporary solutions, and collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve.
