Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, and Toolroom functions
• Drive manufacturing engineering excellence across machining, fabrication, and assembly operations
• Ensure robust engineering governance, BOMs, routings, manufacturing systems, and technical standards
• Drive asset reliability, maintenance strategies, and equipment performance
• Lead CAPEX projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimisation
• Develop and mentor engineering managers and technical teams
• Support a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and operational performance

Requirements

• BEng or BTech Mechanical Engineering (or related)
• 1015 years' manufacturing experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role
