We are looking for an experienced Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to join a well‑established engineering organisation. This opportunity has arisen due to continued programme development and the growth of the manufacturing function within the organisation.

The business has a long heritage of delivering high‑quality engineering solutions for defence and military applications, supporting customers globally with advanced manufacturing capabilities and specialist engineering expertise.

This role will focus on the Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in transferring production knowledge, supporting manufacturing operations on the shop floor, and driving continuous improvement during production ramp‑up and beyond.
