As a key member of the System Test Engineering team, you will drive product performance, reliability, and manufacturability through deep technical troubleshooting, data‑driven analysis, and systematic test optimization. You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, NPI and R&D teams to ensure Agilent’s products meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and ultimately customer satisfaction.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues at the system, instrument, and sub‑assembly levels.
• Perform structured failure analysis to identify root causes and implement short‑term containment and long‑term corrective actions for yield improvement and product quality.
• Conduct component‑level troubleshooting on defective PCAs, with emphasis on electronic and RF circuitry.
