You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Chelmsford, MA. Our team is responsible for designing, fabricating, and qualifying microwave hybrid assemblies that support critical aerospace and defense programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for defining processes, troubleshooting hardware, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Gain an understanding of all assembly techniques and materials used to produce microwave hybrids including substrate and die epoxy attach as well as wire bonding.
+ You should have experience with J-STD-001 solder assembly, conductive epoxy attach of substrates and semiconductor die, gold wedge and ball-bonding, and seal / hermeticity testing.
