Overview
We are seeking a laboratory-based Manufacturing Associate specializing in life sciences and related laboratory skills including isolation, characterization and culturing of mammalian cells. This position requires the candidate to perform laboratory duties including the use of standard operating procedures utilizing a variety of lab techniques, problem solving skills, research and experiential learning. Additional responsibilities include performing laboratory testing in the areas of bacteriology, PCR. Operations associates plan and execute laboratory maintenance, monitoring, inventory of supplies, ordering of supplies and cleaning laboratory equipment. Applicants must be able to work independently and as an integral member of the manufacturing team. Experience in quality assurance or knowledge of quality systems is a plus.
