Manufacturing Automation & Tooling Technician

We are looking for a highly practical, hands‑on Manufacturing Automation & Tooling Technician to design, build, and continuously improve our factory production systems. This role is ideal for a maker‑type engineer — someone who is as comfortable on the workshop floor as they are in CAD or writing code. You will be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to fully functioning production tools, including assembly lines, jigs, fixtures, and semi‑automated systems.

You will play a key role in improving manufacturing efficiency, consistency, and scalability, helping us transition from manual processes to robust, repeatable, and partially automated production systems.
