Manufacturing Associate

**Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday; 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

+ Operate UV light imaging equipment, laser direct imaging systems, developing machines, and baking ovens to create circuit board images.
+ Set up, inspect, maintain, and register photo tools to ensure accurate production results.
+ Follow work instructions and manufacturing specifications to expose, develop, and prepare materials for the etching process.
+ Read and apply special customer and production instructions while maintaining high quality standards.
+ Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to the department lead.
+ Perform routine machine maintenance, follow safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.
