What You Will Do in the Role

• Support and configure Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) across one or more versions.
• Assist in gathering and clarifying business requirements related to warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Provide application support, including incident triage, issue investigation, and coordination through resolution.
• Execute system setups, parameter changes, and minor enhancements following defined standards.
• Support and validate integrations between Manhattan WMS and related systems.
• Participate in functional, integration, and regression testing for releases and fixes.
