Position Overview
The **_Manager Leadership Recruiting_** leads recruitment for Director-level roles and manages a team of recruiting and/or sourcing professionals. This role partners with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition partners to develop search strategies, build leadership talent pipelines, and deliver a consistent, inclusive, high-touch candidate experience. The role is accountable for recruiting execution, team performance, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement within the assigned leadership recruiting function.
