Position: FX Sales Retention Agent (Mandarin)
Location: UAE, Dubai

Salary:$3,000 – $4,000/month + generous commission
flight ticket to Dubai, 1 month accommodation upon arrival, work visa, and generous commission structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the company's FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
- Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading clients
- Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios
- Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the client lifecycle
- Stay up to date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates
- Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and retention targets.
