We are partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing telecoms organisations as they look to appoint a commercially driven UK Managing Director to lead and scale their entire consumer sales operation during a pivotal period of expansion.

The business already operates a thriving call centre and unified communications division of approximately 70 people, currently generating £15m revenue and £3m profit. With significant investment now being deployed into customer acquisition and operational scale, the company is entering its next major phase of growth.

Following a complete redefinition of their PPC and digital acquisition strategy, the business has rapidly scaled from zero to 400 warm inbound leads per month on a current marketing spend of £75,000 per month.
