Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, technical direction, resource coordination, and strategic planning for the Waste Process & Data Services department.
• Leading integration and collaboration with internal and external organizations to ensure operational alignment and compliance with the Waste Program.
• Driving the development of a world‑class safety culture with a strong emphasis on Conduct of Operations, within Waste Process & Data Services and at all waste‑movement job sites.
• Maintaining momentum of organizational change by leading management actions, offering strategic advice, and supporting process improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and employee competency.
