Position Overview
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage allocation of resources and execution of the operation including management information reporting, operational planning and support, administration, processing efficiencies and service performance for new business & underwriting.
- Develop the operations team as a customer‑centric service centre with the aim to deliver cost‑effective and efficient service to certificate owners, intermediaries and employees.
- Develop operational guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with Group guidelines and maintain high quality service standard.
- Act as a specialist in providing operations advice and able to recommend strategic business solutions to improve efficiency of the business.
- Review processing errors timely and analyse the operational impact and control measures (Preventive, Detective & Reactive) and elevate to management.
